Went to see the Specialist in Tampa again

Just got back from Tampa where I was seeing a specialist for my spinal injury and nerve issues. It was mostly a good visit. Doctor said that I am doing very well and am doing everything that I possibly can to maintain and slow down any decline. He does want me to start water therapy in a heated pool immediately which I have been trying to get into for a month anyway. He did want me to undergo ketamine therapy which I am turning down for the time being since it is very risky and mainly used for people that are completely debilitated and have exhausted all other options. About the only thing of note is that I will be having to get braces for my knees and ankles very soon. Have had a couple of falls and nearly bashed my head against the corner of the bathroom sink a few weeks ago (yes it scared me) so I knew that this was coming. These should hopefully help with my stability and mobility. No one in my family have worn braces before so this is going to be a new thing for all of us.
